My name is Taralynn, and I reside in southern Texas.

I work with paint, wood, and paper to create captivating pieces of art. My passion lies in crafting visually appealing designs that emphasize balance and symmetry. When the COVID-19 pandemic confined us to our homes, many turned to cooking or baking for comfort and creativity. While I enjoy those activities too, I decided to pick up a paintbrush and canvas. Yet, I soon realized that paint alone couldn’t fully capture my creative vision.

As someone who doesn’t naturally draw freehand, I rely on existing shapes to help bring my ideas to life. This approach led me to explore painting on wood, giving it vibrant new life, and eventually discovering the versatility of a Cricut machine. The Cricut became a tool for translating my love for geometric patterns, bold color combinations, and mixed media into unique creations.

Along the way, diamond art caught my attention, sparking another creative outlet that aligns perfectly with my love for precision and detail. Each project allows me to embrace my artistic vision while continuously experimenting with new techniques and materials.
